Kate is Spotswood High School senior. She chose to do her senior photos in late fall at a couple of parks she loves in Grottoes. Her easy going personality shines throughout her session, highlighing those golden natural tones that are so beautiful in the fall. Never think November is too late to get beautiful photos. I call it "Fall 2.0" and I love it!

I was so happy Ryan chose to do a session at a location that was so special to him. Ryan has been a camp counselor at Highland Retreat for the last several years, so naturally this was the right spot! And why not? It is beautiful there.

Hannah is a senior at Eastern Mennonite High School. She opted for doing sessions in the fall and spring to highlight the beauty of both seasons. Hannah is also a soccer player and we will be capturing her love of the sport during her spring session. Next year, Hannah plans to continue her studies in college.

Sure, everyone loves capturing milestones. I've done countless Newborn Sessions, 6 Months, One Year, Cake Smashes. They slow down a little after that, but this is the last big milestone before your baby moves on to the next stage of life. I want to be the one to capture this snapshot of life! I want to find out who they are and what they like and make sure that is what you see when you look back on their Senior Portraits years down the road.
THE LAST BIG MILESTONE!
Possibly the most important type of session to get to know a client is a Senior session! It's all about personality, hobbies, and capturing who they are in this stage of life. So, let's get started by telling me about your Senior!
What are they into? Do they want to capture hobbies/sports in their photos? Would they like to include pets? Do they have a location or type of location in mind?
All of these things are going to help me get to know your senior and get us on the path to the photos you will all love!

Once we have established that we're a good match on style and budget, let's get you booked and put a date on my calendar. Sessions fill up quickly in peak season, so the sooner the better.
Once we decide on a date, we'll complete this step with a contract and a retainer. This is all done online and it is quick and easy!
I will send you a Client Guide on how to prepare for your session. It will include ideas on what to wear, location selection, and hair and makeup. I want to make sure I listen to all of your ideas and any concerns, so I know what to expect and how to guide you through your session.
3. ask me Anything
Time to relax and let me work my magic! I always aim to keep sessions light hearted and FUN! Some teens are naturals in front of the camera and some are not. I'm prepared for both types! With guidance, I'll make your Senior looks natural and comfortable. I'll find that natural smile, give you a good variety of poses and angles, and create some movement.
Before you know it, we'll be all done and you'll feel like we just hung out, had a great time, and wandered around a cool location for a while. I'll always be working to make your Senior look and feel their best!
4. let's shoot!
Within two weeks of your session, you should receive a gallery of your edited images. At that time, you will be able to select your collections and artwork. Selected digital images can be downloaded.
Don't forget to use your print credit! Once your final images are prepared, your gallery will be seamlessly integrated with my product store. This is where you can take advantage of your complimentary artwork credit included in my premium packages! You'll find a diverse array of products available, ranging from loose and framed prints to everyday and fine art albums. Additionally, there's a selection of stunning wall art options, including canvases, metal, and acrylic pieces. You can also explore fun items like holiday cards, birth announcements, and ornaments!

I like to keep this part simple. First, pay the Session Fee and you reserve your spot on my calendar exclusively for your session. This compensates me for my time and expertise, including consultation, planning, location selection, and editing.
After your photography session, you'll receive access to a digital proof gallery filled with your stunning portraits. From there, you can select and purchase a digital image collection featuring the images you love most. Each collection includes complimentary print credit, allowing you to order a high-quality print or product that speaks to you. Additionally, you’ll have the option to order heirloom-quality artwork and albums using the images from your chosen collection.

We chose Katie for our son's senior photo shoot and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. She was flexible with us in selecting locations and creative with posing. Ryan had ideas of his own, and she incorporated those as well. So easy to work with and fabulous results. Our only problem is selecting which photos to print!

Ameigh photography did my daughter's senior pictures this year.
